Acting as a key stakeholder in the German branch
Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth
Overseeing day-to-day 1st line of defence functions of the branch, including governance, interactions with regulators, and oversight of BAU operations
Providing adequate oversight and accountability with respect to outsourced functions of the branch
Executing scale operations and working with cross-functional teams (from Operations to Finance, Legal and Compliance, Marketing and Communications, etc.) in Lithuania, London, and our other global offices
Tracking country-specific risk incidents, conduct issues, and their resolution timelines, and liaising with relevant service owners, ensuring proper controls are placed
Identifying key product, operational, licencing, and growth opportunities for Revolut
Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
Running support organisations, managing relationships with critical stakeholders, and consistently hitting SLAs
Creating and maintaining management information for monitoring growth metrics, risk incidents, and all branch-related activities
Coordinating regulatory inspections, creating and providing necessary materials to facilitate them
At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting in the German market
Fluency in German and English
Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
Experience managing risk, compliance, and outsourcing operations
A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end
The skill to break complex problems into smaller ones
A natural curiosity and willingness to make an impact
Nice to have
Experience working with regulators
Experience setting up a branch in Germany
