Full stack Engineer (Symfony and React) - eCommerce

Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Engineer with expertise in Symfony and React to join our dynamic eCommerce development team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications that enhance the user experience on our eCommerce platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Fullstack Development:

   • Work on both the front-end (React) and back-end (Symfony) to develop and maintain eCommerce web applications.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

2. Symfony Expertise:

   • Utilize Symfony framework to build efficient and scalable server-side applications.
   • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems and services.

3. React Development:

   • Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js.
   • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications.

4. Database Management:

   • Design and implement database schemas, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
   • Optimize database queries for improved application performance.

5. Code Quality and Testing:

   • Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
   • Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.

6. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

7. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):

   • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
   • Ensure the smooth and efficient deployment of code changes.

8. Troubleshooting and Debugging:

   • Identify and address technical issues and bugs promptly.
   • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a focus on Symfony and React.
2. Strong proficiency in Symfony framework for back-end development.
3. Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles for front-end development.
4. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM technologies.
5. Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm).
6. Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration.
7. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
8. Experience with eCommerce platforms is a plus.
9. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
10. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
