Position Description

• Within our HR Systems team located in our operational Headquaters in Hilden (near Düsseldorf) you will be the Project Manager for the global HRIS System Implementation that brings QIAGEN HR to the next level

• You will be responsible for setting up and executing process workshops with our different global HR functions to capture and question the status quo and create the ideal processes for the future in Workday

• You will be the interface between our implementation partner, our internal and external IT as well as our global HR community and manage these different parties for project success

• Classic project management duties as such as status and cost reporting are also part of your responsibility

• Since this project will affect QIAGEN globally, you are also responsible for working together with our workers councils in different countries, but mainly Germany

Position Requirements

• You are an experienced project manager, coming from either an IT or HR background, ideally with consulting experience

• You have a track record of managing large and complex software project, ideally related to HR

• Experience in implementing an HRIS system as such as Workday or SAP SF would be advantageous

• Bringing people with different views and priorities together and building bridges also between different cultures is your strong suit

• You are fluent both written and verbally in English, German is a plus – any other language would be beneficial but not needed
