Job description
Qognify is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. This is a full time role with need to be in the office at least 3-4 days a week.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for our EMEA region.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee performance management and employee development.
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Germany, France, and Austria.
- Conduct training and development programs through Udemy and other external resources.
- Coach managers and employees through change as we move to Hexagon.
- Organize and implement team building activities and employee gatherings with support from marketing team.
Requirements
- 3+ years as an HR Manager or Business Partner.
- Strong employee relations and compliance experience.
- Knowledge of legal, tax and social security aspects of employment as well as for all other statutory requirements in Germany, (France and Austria preferred).
- Recruitment experience for technical and non technical roles.
- Enjoy working both strategically and administratively.
- Independent and structured way of working; but knows flexibility is key.
- Knowledgeable with HRIS and time tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in German and English (French a plus but not required).
