Job description

For us, product development means listening to customers’ wishes, developing our own ideas for cool features and discussing them with team mates. We think concepts through to the end in the teams, assess their feasibility and cost and prioritise them. The development is accompanied by agile cycles, prototypes are put through their paces and finally, of course, they are implemented and tested.

Your responsibilities

You develop the product roadmap and release planning together with the management. It is important for us that you keep an eye on business and technical aspects. You elicit customer requirements and collect ideas, which you then discuss with your team mates.

From the analyses, you design new feature ideas and describe user stories. You are in demand when it comes to proposing technological solutions and estimating their feasibility and cost. You plan and accompany the implementation until the release. In this way, you help shape the future of our TPT product.

• You have gained experience in leading agile teams.
• You have experience in the lifecycle of software: from requirements management, conception, validation and release to maintenance.
