Key responsibilities:

• Insights into all HR processes of an international corporation
• Support in local and international HR projects
• Support in the development and implementation of strategic HR topics
• Administrative support of the local HR department
• Independent organization of employee trainings
• Creation of presentations, analysis of data as well as their preparation according to requirements
• Other tasks can also arise according to your interests and preferences

What your background should look like:

• Current studies in the field of business administration, human resources management, business psychology, business education or social sciences
• First practical experience through internships or working student activities is advantageous
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent German and good English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Good analytical skills and a high level of comprehension
