We are seeking an experienced and dynamic eProcurement Lead to join our Purchasing department. As the eProcurement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Procure-to-Pay process, driving efficiency, and ensuring the seamless integration of eProcurement technologies. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic eProcurement Lead to join our Purchasing department. As the eProcurement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our Procure-to-Pay process, driving efficiency, and ensuring the seamless integration of eProcurement technologies. This position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance purchasing operations.
What You’ll Do• Ensuring the smooth execution of the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process for all indirect procurement of goods and services
• Assisting in the implementation and mastery of new procurement applications to support efficient operations
• Collaborating with Finance departments to ensure the quality and compliance of Purchase Orders
• Providing operational support for invoices, optimizations, and eProcurement integrations
• Conducting data collection and spend analysis to assist Global Supply Managers in decision-making
• Managing day-to-day relationships with suppliers, addressing catalogues, pricing, and order-related matters
• Empowering the Tesla EMEA organization with purchasing influence, actively shaping and challenging strategies to reduce costs, mitigate risks, and enhance reliability
• Engaging in stakeholder management with proficiency in dealing with Finance, Internal Audit, and other senior business partners
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of cost drivers to inform strategic decision-making
What You’ll Bring• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a demonstrated exceptional ability
• 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing
• Passionate about eProcurement, driven to ensure thorough control and scalable setup of all assigned programs
• Visionary mindset with a willingness to execute innovative ideas
• Strong analytical and judgmental skills, coupled with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment with a high demand for flexibility
• Proven ability to identify and address business process issues, driving continuous process improvement
• Open-minded self-starter capable of adapting, improvising, and solving problems
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and communication skills
• Proficient verbal and written proficiency in both German and English
