In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales professionals, as well as developing and executing Speexx’ sales strategy to help us best position our market leading people development platform. You will also focus on retaining and growing Speexx valuable corporate relationships.

Head of Enterprise Account Management (m/f/d) - in Munich
As a Head of Enterprise Account Management you will report to our Managing Director and you will be leading a team of six talented account managers, ensuring the successful management and growth of our enterprise-level client accounts.
What you will do
- Manage collaboratively your team of experienced Key Account Managers focused on growing existing customer relationships across all customer segments
- Coaching, mentoring, motivating a sales team, and in doing so generating revenue opportunities for the sales organizations and elevate the team’s abilities to manage and close revenue to meet their annual target
- Focus on client success and create a pool of customers happy to serve as references for sales and marketing purposes
- Develop a keen understanding of our market (Language Training, Business Coaching, People Development)
- Work effectively with cross functional partners e.g. Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations & HR (Recruiting)
- Hold regular 1:1’s, team meetings, pipeline and performance reviews, personal development and check-in conversations
- Accurately manage and forecast revenue pipelines and track team performance in a data driven way
- Continuously develop and promote best practices according to SaaS industry best practices
- Ensure we have an appropriate strategy for customer growth and retention by implementing effective territory & account planning and help us optimize our go-to-market strategy
- Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area
- Be ready to take on initiatives and responsibilities where possible, to help the company achieve its larger objectives
What we look for
- Team player with excellent communications and leadership skills
- Success in building, growing and managing successful sales teams
- Strong sales process discipline and data driven mindset
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals
- 2+ years of Sales management experience preferably in a SaaS enterprise environment
- 5+ years relevant sales experience
- Relevant industry experience would be beneficial (EdTech / L&D / Business Coaching / Language Training)
- Fluency in English and German is essential
