Job description

Your Impact

• You check field returned warranty parts with regard to their complaint and forward them to our suppliers with the necessary documentation
• You will work closely with the various teams in the Product Integrity department to ensure that the product quality of our suppliers is guaranteed
• You manage and take over the process of returning rejected components in our warranty system
• You will support the teams in process optimization and the implementation of operational standards for warranty recovery at all European AGCO locations

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training
• Industrial truck license (driving license class L)
• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Structured and organized way of working
• Good communication skills
