Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Durchführung eines internen Technologie-Projekts im Bereich DSP unter wissenschaftlicher Anleitung
• Durchführung von Experimenten an Chromatographie-Systemen mit anschließender Produktanalytik (z.B. HPLC, ELISA, …)
• Erstellen von mechanistischen Modellen zur Optimierung der Chromatographie-Schritte (GoSilico™ Chromatography Modeling Software)
• Durchführung von Experimenten zur Bewertung der Proteinstabilität
• Berechnung von Proteineigenschaften aus Sequenz oder Struktur

Das ist uns wichtig

• Studium der Biotechnologie, technische Biologie, Bioengineering, Biochemie, Chemie, Biologie, Biowissenschaften oder ähnliches
• Erste Kenntnisse in der Proteinreinigung (Chromatographie, Filtration) und/oder Analytik von Proteinen wünschenswert
• Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe, analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken
• Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
• Praktikum mit einem Umfang von 6 Monaten oder Kombination Praktikum plus Abschlussarbeit mit insgesamt 6 Monaten
