Summary
We are looking for a "Production Project Manager (f/m/d)" for the "Optronical Sensors & Lasers" division at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The "Optronical Sensors & Lasers" division produces thermal imaging and high-performance cameras as well as laser rangefinders for use in stationary and mobile applications. The sensors are used in the maritime sector as well as in land vehicles and also in airborne applications. These systems are used for reconnaissance and the protection of borders, objects and people.Your Tasks
Organizational interface between project organization and production
Project responsibility for product launch and ramp-up within the production area
Planning, organization and follow-up of all measures required for the assembly, commissioning and testing of components in production
Planning, controlling and coordinating the necessary additional work for the service area
Ensuring project progress and project controlling
Managing optimization projects and projects to create special operating resources as well as creating and evaluating value stream analyses
Ensuring the timely availability of operating resources, special materials and process instructions
Planning and coordinating investment proposals for the production area as well as planning and selecting production systems
Essential cooperation in maintaining delivery capability and identifying solutions
Supporting scheduling and purchasing in analyzing missing parts and ensuring material availability
Your Profile
Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, optoelectronics or similar
Several years of professional experience in the management of manufacturing projects from order entry to delivery to the customer, alternatively in a similar function
Several years of experience in order and capacity planning
Good project management skills and experience in coordinating teams
Good SAP and MS Office skills
A high level of business understanding
A high level of conceptual skills, strong commitment and consistent results orientation with a strong team spirit
Self-confident and committed appearance
Strong communication skills and flexibility
Good German and English skills
