We are thrilled to extend an exclusive opportunity for the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist - Manufacturing at Symrise in Germany. As an integral member of our Center of Excellence Talent Acquisition team, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for top-tier talent within our Operations and Manufacturing sectors.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our dynamic workforce, driving excellence in recruitment for our Operations and Manufacturing domains. Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Local HR Business Partners, championing Symrise's employer brand externally while understanding and fulfilling our business needs. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to craft strategic recruitment plans and amplify our employer branding initiatives, ensuring Symrise stands out as an employer of choice.
Your role will be pivotal in creating a seamless and engaging candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Harnessing advanced sourcing techniques like LinkedIn Recruiter, you'll build a talent pipeline brimming with exceptional individuals who align with our culture and vision.
