As a Working Student (f/d/m) People Operations at Temedica, you will play an active part in creating the ideal work environment for all Temedicans. By partnering with experienced People Managers, you will contribute to a variety of relevant HR topics ranging from onboarding to career development. You take responsibility for your own projects and proactively shape them, such as enhancing our company health management and the expansion of our HRIS (Personio) to continuously improve People Services.
You own varied People tasks such as the onboarding of new employees and providing support to all working students and interns regarding People related questions.
You support the entire team by designing new processes and accompany their implementation (e.g in the areas of employee feedback, document management, training and reporting) to ensure high quality standards of our team.
You are responsible for evaluating and researching new tools and external providers that have the potential to make our daily work more efficient.
You are pursuing an academic degree in (business) psychology, business administration, social sciences or a comparable field of study for at least 2 semesters and have 16 to 20 hours per week to spare.
You are known for your analytical and solution-oriented manner and attention to detail.
Ideally, you already have gained some experience with one or more People Management topics; we will teach you what you don't know.
You speak German and English fluently.
