Within 2 years, you will get to know different Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance and Advanced Compensation, Reporting...) by working on different projects - locally but also globally. Eventually, you will specialize in one module.
You will work closely with Global Process Owners, developers (internal and external) and cross functional teams to identify and analyze gaps and strengthen the continuous improvement of a digitalized HR at ZEISS with Workday.
