Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in User Experience (UX) and feature development. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving the creation and enhancement of innovative features that align with our business objectives and delight our users. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user needs, a strong background in UX design, and a successful history of bringing features from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of parts of the product suite and the end-to-end feature development process, from ideation and prioritization to implementation and release of new features.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organisation. Conduct user research, collect customer feedback, and analyse data to gain deep insights into user needs, pain points, and preferences. Use these insights to inform product decisions and iterate on existing features.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth. Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to effectively communicate the value proposition to target customers.
- Work closely with a cross-functional team, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across all functions. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Define and track key product metrics and performance indicators. Conduct regular analysis of product usage, engagement, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to define a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, including gathering and prioritising requirements, collaborating with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into product features, and overseeing product launches.
Requirements
- You have around 5 years of product management experience, building products/features from ideation to launch.
- You have demonstrated the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- You create products with passion that are driven and validated through data and metrics based on quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- You have a profound knowledge of UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
- Being able to develop and demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the relationship between our business dynamics and our platform architecture, with the aim to develop solutions that are achievable, sustainable, and that create real value for our customers.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proficient in using product analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and user-centric solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Design) is preferred.
- You must be fluent in English and in German.
