Then come and join our global team as Healthcare Strategy Manager (m/f/d) and play a crucial role in shaping our strategy in Diagnostic Imaging, actively contributing to the transformation of healthcare.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As part of the strategy team in the Diagnostic Imaging (DI) business unit, you will lead strategic, cross-organizational projects, including the development and implementation of breakthrough strategies or digital transformation projects
- You independently develop and evaluate new business models to strengthen our position in the market
- You are responsible for defining and implementing business strategies and making recommendations for further strategic development
- You have a solid understanding of the needs of our customers and market leaders in the fields of diagnostic imaging, healthcare IT and clinical decision support
- Use your analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, competitive activities and potential partnerships
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a university degree in (medical) technology or business administration
- You have long-term professional experience in the areas of strategy, business development or consulting, preferably in the healthcare environment
- You have successfully completed several large, cross-functional and international projects on strategic issues, ideally in the medical technology sector
- You have a strong business sense and experience in dealing with external business partners - You have experience in the field of digitization, such as digital business models
Your attributes and skills:
- You have strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English language skills that enable you to communicate easily and at eye level with different business units, cultures and management levels in an international environment. German language skills are an advantage
- High self-motivation and strong drive are part of your personality, enabling you to approach internal and external stakeholders with an appropriate level of confidence - Excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and negotiation talent are also part of your core competencies
- We step boldly: we ask "why not" instead of "why". We get our projects off the ground quickly. If necessary, we have the courage to end them early
