Thanks to our experience in product and sales management, we have been a reliable and competent supplier in our business field for over 5 decades and has been the No.1 leading supplier on the domestic market within Japan.

We specialize in the development, manufacture and distribution of high quality products in all areas of office furniture parts.

Although our patented product name “PLA-PART” was a registered trade mark, it has become a common terminology spread in the furniture industry in Japan.

Job Description
If you are a self-motivated entrepreneur, a sales office or a distributor with a well-established network in the right field and you want to sell “PLA-PART” products exclusively or at the same time with non-competitive products or brands, you are the right partner for us.

Based on your relations and contacts you should be capable to place or products mainly in the EU office furniture manufacturers or wholesale sectors. We aim for long-term relations, with the newly acquired EU clients.

Our office and our logistics will assist and support you with everything you need to generate new business. Our marketing team can meet the client’s needs in case some assistance is deemed necessary.

Requirements
• Prominent work experience in the office furniture field in Germany
• Result-oriented and self-disciplined
• Excellent knowledge on the steps of the sales process
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a focus on the customer needs
• English fluent written and spoken
• Well established skills in planning, prioritizing and organizing work
• Willingness and ability to travel across EU
• Good computer skills, especially office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Spend time with our delegation team while we visit Interzum between May 14 and May 18, 2017

Expectations
• In-depth knowledge of the office furniture market in your country with all relevant sales channels
• Good relations to the decision makers and knowledge about the competition on the market
• The will to establish and grow the brand with short, mid and long-term goals
(We’ll exhibit at Interzum 2019 as Ishiguro Manufacturing Co., Ltd.)
• Service orientated mind and the will to learn and try new things
• The skills and abilities to form, manage and evaluate a sales team (if the new partner has already a setup and operating sales team, it is a strong asset and big plus for the position)
