Learn more about your new responsibilities

• Commercial handling of national and international projects
• Preparation of project budgets
• Coordination and monitoring of budget compliance
• Comprehensive commercial overview of the assigned projects
• Contract review in the case of an order and in the order initiation phase
• Tracking the content of the contract during the project phase and initiating the necessary steps in cooperation with the project manager
• Creation and tracking of payment plans
• Review of the contract content in the respective project phase
• Responsibility for invoicing as well as receivables and claims management
• Execution of supplementary calculations
• Appointment monitoring and coordination
• Payment preparation for project reporting
• Travel to the customer (construction site) for clarification

Show your expertise

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, or a technical degree related to the construction industry with a commercial background
• You are experienced in the field of commercial / organizational project management in the construction / plant construction industry
• You have been working in international context
• You have a good knowledge of national laws (VOB, BGB)
• You are confident in dealing with customers on a national and international level
• You have a strong economic awareness of costs and risks
• You are confident in the interpretation / implementation of contract texts
• You are a team player with strong communication skills
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
• You are willing to travel occasionally
