Head of Support (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Coordination and management of our 24x7 support team (8-10 employees)
• Further development of support processes
• Ensuring the SLAs
• Management of escalations
• Reporting to the management

Your profile

• Proven success in leading support teams
• Completed training with relevant further education or training
  • Desirable focus areas: IT / logistics / process management
• Good knowledge of MS Office and customer service tools
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong IT affinity desirable
