You will be working on DEI Strategy, design & delivery of broad programs, initiatives, and activities, enabling the achievement of business goals. You will drive culture across IET and bring together leadership and employees to embrace the behaviour’s that would make us successful going forward and that create the best environment to work in.
As a Culture and DEI Lead for IET, you will be responsible for:
Supporting our DEI strategy, operationalize strategy and deliver on IET Culture & DEI aspirational goals.
Providing thought leadership, guidance and consultation to business leaders, employees, and HR partners to develop, implement, and monitor that support Culture & DEI goals and objectives.
Developing and monitoring metrics and insights for measuring the effectiveness of DEI programs and strategy within IET.
Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams to identify potential opportunities to attract, retain and develop a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
Supporting completion of mandatory reporting requirements for country/region
Supporting people leaders in their understanding of the Diverse Workforce strategic goal, and our commitment to mitigate bias in hiring practices.
Delivering and facilitating DEI education in person and/or virtually for IET people leaders and teams.
Promoting Cultural Enablers and support further operationalization of culture; coordinate work of 400 Culture & Change Ambassadors
Promoting and supporting Sustainability & ESG Initiatives
Connecting with ERGs & leverage their activities to build a stronger sense of belonging.
Supporting initiatives related to Future of Work and flexibility/ agility/ wellbeing in workplace.
Promoting EVP internally and connect it to our other processes.
Supporting IET strategy with regards to interactions with Local/Global Communities
Partnering with Corporate DEI team and support implementation of strategy across IET
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or sufficient level of demonstrated experience.
Have significant experience in strategic HR role in a global-matrix organization.
Demonstrate understanding of Culture & DEI concepts and principles and think strategically around application to business objectives and ability to execute impactful results.
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple stakeholders at various levels, and collaborative by nature with strong people skills.
Have an aptitude for building and maintaining trusted relationships with leadership and teams within a global-matrix environment.
Have strong analytical and assessment skills, and the ability to interpret and translate key insight and trends into actionable plans.
Have strong communication skills, written, verbal and presentation.
