DATENSCHUTZKOORDINATOR (M/W/D) Das klingt ja fantastisch!

Du kennst die Artikel 37 ff. der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung und § 38 des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes in- und auswendig, weißt um die enorme Bedeutung sicherer Daten und hast Freude daran, andere mit deinem wertvollen Wissen zu beraten?
Außerdem kannst du dich fließend auf Deutsch und Englisch verständigen, arbeitest gerne proaktiv und erkennst etwaige Datenschutzrisiken im IT-Umfeld, bevor sie akut werden?

Wir sind ein gut gelauntes Team mit herrlich unkomplizierten Menschen aus über 35 Nationen. In unserem Green Building in Bad Iburg entwickeln wir gemeinsam Ideen, setzen sie um und stellen sie auf den Prüfstand. Übrigens: Wie steht es um dein Wissen über Datenschutz in Drittländern?

Hier legst du dich mächtig ins Zeug:

• Du bildest die Schnittstelle zu unserem externen Datenschutzbeauftragten und internationalen Datenschutzspezialisten, die uns bei der Umsetzung
  der Datenschutzvorgaben – speziell für Software­lösungen – unterstützen.
• Gleichzeitig berätst du sowohl unser Management als auch unsere Fachabteilungen regelmäßig über die Dos and Don‘ts des Datenschutzes.
• Zusammen mit unseren Rechtsexperten gestaltest du Verträge rund ums Thema Datenschutz.
• Im Team dokumentierst du mit deinen Kollegen alle Datenschutzprozesse im Unternehmen.
• Nicht zuletzt lieferst du Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung der betrieblichen Datenschutzorganisation und unseres Datenschutz-Schulungskonzepts.

• You are the communication link to our external data protection officer and international data protection specialists who help us comply with data protection regulations, especially when it comes to software solutions.
• While doing so, you'll regularly advise our management and specialist departments on the dos and don'ts of data protection.
• In close collaboration with our legal experts, you'll draft contracts dealing with all aspects of data protection.
• Working as part of a dedicated team, you and your colleagues document all of our privacy practices.
• Last but not least, you will be the key driving force behind the ongoing development of our data protection program and data protection trainings.
