Wildling Shoes is a company founded in 2015 that creates, produces and distributes minimal shoes for children and adults. Our shoes are fairly produced in Portugal and are mostly made of natural materials from organic farming (leather-free). We believe in the power of regeneration. To do this, we need to question ourselves and the status quo, dare to do something new and break up existing structures. For this we need a world in which we think, act and act like activists. We believe that together and in our diversity we can best achieve our goals - and are looking for reinforcement for the Sales & Awareness team in our Market Awareness Team / US .
- Please be aware that this is a remote position in Germany -We are a small local US team with a real startup feeling within a bigger international organization, addressing a high growth market, offering a lot of hands-on experience. As E-Commerce Specialist in our US Team you will collaborate cross functionally amongst several teams in Germany. You will also collaborate with the US team daily (when needed in the US time zone).
Collaborate with our Webshop, US Marketing, Performance, Sales, and Awareness teams in Germany to gather and prioritize data, update KPIs, and provide monthly performance updates.
Facilitate cross-functional communication to collect market performance insights and ensure alignment with stakeholders in Germany.
Share regular performance updates with relevant teams.
Track and report monthly market performance, including KPIs related to traffic, conversion rate, revenue, and customer return rates.
Optimize US webshop content to resonate with a US audience and monitor SEO performance (blog, Google, newsletter, on-site SEO text) in collaboration with multiple teams.
Conduct weekly data analysis, produce monthly data reports, and maintain the US Events performance report. Additionally, gather insights from customer surveys.
Track and report monthly US/CA ambassador and affiliate program performance, working closely with the Performance Marketing and US Marketing teams.
Market Savvy - You have experience with the US market and a deep understanding of what US customers want and how they behave.
E-commerce Proficiency - You're skilled in implementing/editing webshop functions using Shopify and know how to monitor performance.
Analytical Thinker - You can critically assess situations and data.
Detail-Oriented Organizer - Your organizational skills are exceptional, ensuring you never miss a thing, and your keen eye for detail sets you apart.
Time-Zone Flexibility - You're open to working late evenings when necessary to collaborate effectively with our US based team, ensuring a seamless workflow across different time zones.
Fluency in English and good knowledge of German
