Account Receivable Manager Collection Limited Contract – 1 Year (m/f/d)

Facts
- Clarification and coordination of open claims and payment arrears with the customers within the portfolio of responsibility
- Managing requests coming from the internal and external stakeholders
- Accounts receivable management and preparation of monthly reports
- Taking the appropriate measures to minimize credit risks
- Support the dunning process until handover to our intensive collection care team
- Participation in internal Projects and support the Team Leader with special Tasks
- Monitoring of the payment behavior of our customers
- Collaborating on debt collection efforts with internal staekholders
- Developing debt collection strategies
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
- Accounts receivable management and preparation of monthly reports
- Support the dunning process until handover to our intensive collection care team
- Taking the appropriate measures to minimize credit risks
- Participation in internal Projects and support the Team Leader with special Tasks
- Managing late payments

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, business or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in credit and collection
- Experience in banking appreciated but not mandatory
- Ability to collaborate on debt collection efforts with other departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Excel
- Patience and ability to manage pressure
- Interpersonal skills
- Skilled in negotiation & ability to communicate with debtors (including cold calling)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent English & Italian skills both in verbal & written required. Any other fluent language is also appreciated
