Team Lead Global Customer Engagement Membership Communication (m/f/d)

For our Global Customer Engagement (GCE) team we are looking for a motivated Team Leader GCE Membership Communication (CRM/Email-Marketing) (m/f/d) who likes to drive things forward.
What you can expect:
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Global Customer Engagement (GCE) Membership Communication team (CRM/email marketing)
- Conceptualization and support of existing and new campaigns via email, SMS/MMS, APP push notification, print, WeChat or direct messaging with regard to registration, customer retention/loyalty and reactivation
- Work closely in collaboration with our Personalization Team to identify business potentials by driving 360 degree customer-centric journeys across all touchpoints
- Continuously document, maintain and improve the performance (engagement & transactional KPIs) of our campaigns/processes based on analytics using all proven mechanisms (A/B testing, TG/CG design, trigger-based mechanisms, automation)
- Definition, monitoring and maintenance of a reporting toolbox & structure for the work of the Campaign & Loyalty Manager
- Work closely with Analytics & Reporting as a support function for advanced campaign analytics and template creation
- Document and continuously maintain campaign processes that support shaping the future technological environment to ensure speed & personalization at scale
Your profile:
- Professional experience in international companies (ideally retail) in the field of e-commerce, digital/performance marketing or CRM
- 3-5 years of management experience with extended teams
- Profound knowledge of CRM analytics, email marketing, CRM systems and processes as well as experience in using established campaign management tools
- Excellent analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of campaign reporting & analytics in particular
- Familiarity with all common KPIs (engagement & transactional), tracking methods and performance optimization tools
- Excellent language skills in English; German is a plus
