Customer Support Representative
Job title : Customer Support Representative
Department : Operations
Reports to : Senior Dealer Support Associate
Main purpose of the Job:
To be the first point of contact for a part of the dealer network of your country. To provide reliable, helpful and correct support (by phone, web chats, e-mail or social media) for Area Sales Managers and dealers of all brands in aspect of sales, first line product support, stock and service queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Dealer support
- Daily order entering
- Answering Dealer requests regarding prices, availability, backorders.
- Offer alternative products when requested one is not available.
- Stock allocation if available stock is not sufficient.
- Align on slot times with dealers.
- Coordinate and organize stock movements (dealer to dealer)
- Inform Commercial Manager about shortages daily.
- Coordinate credit notes daily
- Update yourself about products and trends with support from Sound United University
- Coordinate goods returns in communication with forwarding agency.
- Inform our dealers about service- and warranty regulations.
- Check and process SNN-Cases (Service portal)
- Support sales team selling local stocks (marketing-samples, B-stock, loan stock from sales reps and dealers). This takes places in communication with local forwarding agency.
- Checking incomplete orders
- Checking payment limits with Credit Controller (blocked list).
- Processing employee purchases
- Checking debit notes requests (e.g., price differences)
- Come up with improvements to minimize manual order changes.
- Product listing at key accounts
Required Skill Sets:
- Very good communication skills, technical understanding, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Proven experience in similar position
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English
- IT skills: MS Office (Excel). SAP, CRM experience is an advantage
- Customer orientation
- Well organized
- Excellent communication skills (listening, oral communication, persuasiveness)
- Other personal skills: Flexible, able to work under pressure and a good team player
