About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you would own…
- Customer relationships
- Project resource allocation
- Structured project execution
- Coordination of multiple projects simultaneously

- Customer satisfaction with direct ownership and contact.
- The Sales Team by increasing customer engagement, with more stakeholders and improving visibility of EcoG within the customer to identify risks and opportunities to co-develop, develop and support.
- Systems Team as an interface to manage customer requirements, manage the cooperation and customer expectations.
- R&D Team to prioritize Development focus.
What you can expect
In the first months, you will….
- Dive deep into the breadth of solutions for customers at EcoG
- Gain an understanding of the status of each of the existing customers, and how to apply EcoG knowhow and solutions to support them
- Meet with key stakeholders in existing customers to understand their challenges
- Identify and engage additional stakeholders within these organizations
- Help customers in driving their projects with our assistance to success
After six months, you will…
- Help EcoG prioritize project development and support
- Manage customer expectations and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Manage the funnel of customer developments and their status
After one year, you will…
- Enjoy the success of satisfied customers going live with less risk, better informed and faster!
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Strong business understanding, clear communicator and people person, able to build good working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Structured approach, able to pull various threads together into a coherent and efficient workflow.
- Hands-on mindset to adapt to shifting circumstances and priorities.
- Project Management experience with an understanding of project management organization and tasks.
- Good technical understanding of electrical systems and software.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German desirable.
… And likely have:
- Good understanding of complete (hardware & software) solutions for Vehicle Charging, IoT, Availability, or Electrical Power Products. Degree in Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
- Coordinated and managed projects including customer responsibility and taking care of the customer success beyond the project, i.e. evaluate the customer product definition with the internal experts.
- Managed a wide range of stakeholders, from project teams to C-level executives.
- Worked in large, complex organizations and fast-paced and international environments.
