Your responsibilities and tasks:

Support our software developers with expertise in secure software development practices

Coordination of security checks and tests to ensure we comply with all relevant standards and regulations

Improvement of our overall security posture by putting the right tools, technologies, and standards in place

Education of developers, managers, and executives on the principles of secure product development

Primary contact on product security within the Farm Technologies organization

Your profile and qualifications:

You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or a similar education

You have gained several years experience in software development, applying software security standards and have a very good understanding of software and system architecture

Ideally you have gained experience as a Java Developer

You have a good understanding of IEC 62443, especially 4-1 and 3-3

You are highly focused on delivering actual product security, beyond documented compliance with standards

You are committed and enjoy working in a team

You are able to present and speak openly in front of groups and can underline your message with visualization and appropriate rhetoric skills

You can communicate effectively fluent in both, English and German

You are generally willing to take occasional business trips (<10%, including international travel)
