IT specialist (m/f/d) for the area of application support,

Part-time or full-time, permanent, location: Bayreuth

We are experts in quality in healthcare.
Around 1,700 colleagues at 24 locations in Bavaria take care of the quality of healthcare for insured persons in Bavaria.

Your tasks

• Configuration and administration of our industry software, taking into account the requirements and needs of the users
• Development, customization and implementation of interfaces
• Configuration and programming in databases
• Collaboration in the IT department's ticket system
• Integration in service projects
• Coordination and management of external partners
• Developing information and decision-making bases

Knowledge

• Good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: LotusScript, VBA (from version 6), C#, JSon
• Experience in heterogeneous system environments
• Understanding of agile software development
• Analytical thinking skills
• Interest in innovative developments and thinking outside the box

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a computer scientist, IT businessman / businesswoman (d) or comparable vocational training
• Experience in application support
• Experience in working with SQL databases
• High team and customer orientation, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, goal orientation and reliable, independent way of working
• You are business fluent in written and spoken German
• Class B driving license
