Your Responsibilities
Join Dive as a Working Student in Finance where you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our financial operations and directly report to our CFO.
- You support preparatory accounting.
- Your ensure meticulous preparation of travel expense reports and private expenditures, laying the foundation for accurate financial records.
- You provide support in creating annual financial statements.
- You assist in monthly reporting for investors and potential fundraising.
- You identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancement, particularly in invoicing and data entry.

Your Qualifications
- Ideally, you are currently studying Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- You are enrolled in a university or college for at least one more year and have 16-20 hours per week available to work at Dive.
- You have experience with MS Office, particularly good knowledge in Excel
- You possess strong organizational skills and work with high precision and attention to detail.
- You have excellent proficiency in both German and English.
