The Sales Representative Agent is responsible for spot quotations and making proactive sales as well as for managing allocations and bookings. She/He furthermore is in charge of opportunity management and sales visits in coordination with Manager Sales & Handling or Manager Sales.

The Sales Representative Agent is responsible for:
- Achieveing sales budget targets for assigned accounts
- Creating rate offers, with and without guarantee of transportation
- Entering into transportation agreements with customers
- Identifying and managing opportunities with existing customers
- Acquiring new customers and searching for new business
- Performing market and single customer analysis and developing targets
- Organizing and performing sales visits including presentations to customers
- Managing capacity agreements
- (Re-)Negotiating special rate agreements considering market developments and customer’s performance
- Developing and selling customer oriented logistic solutions
- Sharing information about activities, offers, strengths and weaknesses of his customers with Commercial Manager, Sales Manager and Key Account Management
- Actively supporting the local Customer Segmentation process
- Booking standard and special products and conducting a loadability and profitability check before offering a rate
- Making quotations for ad hoc pricing requests
- Participating in local sales events

The ideal Sales Representative Agent should meet the following requirements:
- High school certificate required
- Fluent knowledge of Czech language necessary
- English language required
- Industry knowledge in the following areas: Airfreight, Logistics, Transportation, Sales is an asset
- Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to effectively negotiate
- Keen attention to quality and detail
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and cooperative
*Must possess a legal work permit in Czech Republic
