Product Regulatory and Compliance Engineer (f/m/dd)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!
Your Tasks
- Implementation of the product regulatory & compliance process with regard to product safety
- Support of technical documentation within the development projects, in particular manuals and procedures
- Overview of legislation relating to the design, manufacture and maintenance of machinery and work equipment
- Checking the conformity requirements and procedures for placing machinery on the market
- Review of work equipment and workplace regulations
- Consideration of occupational health and safety in relation to machinery, including ergonomics, noise, vibration and chemical substances vibrations and chemical substances
- Carrying out the risk assessment in accordance with EN ISO 12100
- Application and use of other relevant machinery standards within the
- risk assessment process
- Supporting developers with regard to standards for mechanical safety devices
- Definition of requirements for technical and supplementary protective measures (e.g. protective fences, light barriers, emergency stop command devices)
- Definition of requirements for EN 60204-1: electrical equipment of machines and systems
- Definition of requirements for the safe operation and maintenance of electrically operated machines and Functional safety control systems
- Detailed consideration of the requirements of EN ISO 13849
- Determination of Performance Level (PL) and Safety Integrity Level (SIL) in relation to safety functions
- Carrying out verification and validation test
Your Profil
- Bachelor/Master in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- 3 years professional experience in Manufacturing / Production
- 3 years professional experience in Technical documentation
- Experience in the preparation of hazardous substance and operating instructions as well as hazard assessments and risk analyses
- Fluency in English is required
