(Senior) Consultant
Job Overview:
As a (Senior) Consultant you will spearhead digital/ IT strategy & transformation initiatives. Your strategic insights and advanced digital/ IT acumen will help clients harness the power of technologies to drive organizational success and achieve business objectives through digitalization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
- Formulate comprehensive digital and IT strategies to align with clients' business objectives and technological needs
- Analyze industry trends, technological advancements, and market demands to provide strategic insights and recommendations
Client Engagement & Advisory:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and proposing tailored, innovative solutions
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to validate and refine strategic initiatives and action plans
Project Leadership & Management:
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure the seamless execution of strategy initiatives
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and project success
Business Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct thorough business and IT analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Business Development Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand consultancy services
- Contribute to proposal development and contractual negotiations to secure lucrative engagements
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, with a significant focus on digital and IT domains
- Proven experience in leading digital/ IT transformation projects and managing multidisciplinary teams
Skills:
- Initial leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and best practices
- Advanced lanuage proficiency/ full professional in English and German (both at least C1)
