Post-doctoral Scientist (f/m/x)
Genomic pathology
full-time; limited until 31. december 2025 according to WissZeitVG within the framework of a third-party funded project
Aufgaben:
- Genome editing using CRISPR / Cas9 and characterization of cell lines
- Transcriptomic, proteomic and metabolomics analyses
- Use of international genomic data to find further pathway alterations
- Targeted validation by immunohistochemistry
- Interpretation of drug screen data
Qualifikationsprofil:
- Completed university education in biology or similar subject
- Strong experience in the area of molecular genetics and tissue culture
- Expertise in the area of NGS-based genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics
- Experience with mouse work is an advantage
- Scientific interest in tumor biology
- Good team and communication skills, ability to work independently
