Outbound Logistics and SCM Tools Deployment Manager (f/m/x)

Please note: The position is initially limited to 2 years.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Outbound Logistics and SCM Tools Deployment Manager, you will spearhead the transformation of outbound logistics through strategic tool development and deployment. Focusing on SAP S/4HANA , you will ensure that our offices across the EMEA region are equipped with state-of-the-art tools for efficient distribution, transportation, and customer service.

Develop and oversee the outbound logistics strategy, incorporating advanced SCM tool functionalities

Lead the deployment of SCM tools across EMEA offices, ensuring seamless integration and adoption

Work collaboratively with regional offices to tailor tools to local logistics and transportation needs

Utilize SAP S/4HANA to drive efficiency in logistics processes, aligning with SCOR model standards

Monitor logistics performance across the region, leveraging tools to provide actionable insights and improvements

Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers and logistics service firms

Your profile

Extensive experience in SCM tool development and deployment, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA

Proven ability to manage multinational logistics operations, with a focus on the EMEA region

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is highly advantageous

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-cultural team management
