The Head of dedicated Engineering Service Provider is responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the subordinate employees
• Heading the dedicated engineering service provider team and central contact for the assigned AES existing customers

• Establish appropriate roles and qualification profiles to enable the best possible focus
• Ensuring active control of processes and sustainable implementation of corrective measures
• Participation in the creation of business plans for customers
• Operationally responsible for the development, implementation and compliance with quality standards
• Continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
• Continuously monitor the analysis of reliability data and technical delays
• Promotion of a dedicated customer culture and a customer mindset
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Recognize upselling potential and coordinate the development of additional services
• Use of innovation, technology and digital developments to enable an efficient working environment
• Establish a feedback process with customers

The ideal Head of dedicated Engineering Service Provider should meet the following requirements:

• Completed university/technical college degree in engineering (preferably aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering/electronics or computer science)

• 5-8 years of professional experience
• Very high technical expertise in the respective subject area
• Knowledge of handling complex projects
• Very good knowledge of aircraft maintenance, its processes and connections
• Very good knowledge of official and internal regulations
• Very good knowledge of business basics as well as knowledge of contract and aviation law
• Business fluent English skills
• Good computer skills
• High level of negotiation skills, assertiveness, resilience and commitment
• Confident and agile appearance / contact behavior, intercultural competence
• Strong ability to lead, instruct and motivate employees
• Above-average coordination and planning skills
• Willingness to work at home and abroad
