The company’s Experience tribe is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer. They work to ensure that the company’s global user base has a fantastic user experience, and adoption of the company’s Terminal increases.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will turn the company’s UI/UX ambitions into reality (customization, notification, collaboration, etc) and move the Kpler’s web application to the next level.

Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with your product manager to help him on the product roadmap.
- Design and deliver well-architected UI/UX oriented solutions.
- Mentoring the team with pair programming, code katas, …
- Write and review code aligned with Kpler’s quality standards.
- Feedback your manager to help him staffing the best team to reach targeted goals.
- Closely collaborate with the Product Design group.
- Be an active member of the frontend engineers group (cross-team) to align on and make evolve Kpler’s web best practices.
- Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.

Your Profile
- You think as a user when you start working on a new feature.
- Building frontend features with Typescript and a modern framework (the company uses VueJS)
- You think a great user experience needs well designed backend services.
- You can’t push code to production without tests and monitoring.
- You are comfortable with English communication (oral/written).
- You have proven record of shipping features on time and on budget
- You are looking for a Leadership and/or Management position
- You already have an experience working with a headless CMS like Strapi.
