Your main tasks include, among others:
- Maintains the stability and reputation of the Certified Repair Station by working in accordance with the Repair Station Quality Manual, FAA and other legal requirements, and Company guidelines
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment
- Documents maintenance as required by the FARs
- Maintains continuity among work teams by communicating actions and turn-overs, noting irregularities, and making recommendations to the Repair Station management
- Keeps maintenance equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedure
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all LAT-Us aircraft, articles and customer aircraft and articles as assigned
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on shop equipment
* All other duties as assigned or required

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- College degree/vocational training desirable
- Must understand FARs and have basic knowledge of airport and aircraft safety
- Fluent language skills English required
- Must be able to communicate efficiently verbally and in writing
- Must be able to efficiently apply management techniques
- Must be able to integrate themselves into an international environment
- Good computer skills with Windows Office applications
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- Must possess permit to work in the U.S.
- Assessment screening
- Required to travel (local travel may be required)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to Shift work / overtime / weekends
- Lift up to 70 lbs
- Must possess Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
