Have you completed your studies or are you about to do so and would like to contribute your acquired knowledge and creative ideas to us without committing yourself to a specific job?
Over a period of 18 months and 6 stations of 3 months each, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the HR function of an international company at various locations in Germany and abroad. You will be mentored by experienced colleagues in your area of work. You will also develop your technical and methodological skills on the job and off the job in seminars and training courses, such as project management and presentation training. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in a project on social and/or sustainable topics. These activities will take place together with other Evonik trainees, so you will also have the chance to exchange ideas. You will have the opportunity to expand your network from your first day of work and lay the foundation for your career start in HR! A stay abroad is an integral part of the program.

Responsibilities
As part of the trainee program, you will get to know the different HR areas and processes and will take responsibility for and implement projects both nationally and internationally
You will gain experience and build up knowledge at an operational and strategic level by working at different locations, in various business areas and departments, giving you the opportunity to build up an international, group-wide network
You will be involved in personnel planning, recruitment and development and thus get to know the employee cycle
Requirements
You have completed your Master's degree (e.g. in business administration, psychology, social sciences or similar) with an HR-specific focus and above-average results
You have gained initial practical HR experience, e.g. through an internship and working student activities
You can already demonstrate your mobility through initial experience abroad
You are business fluent in written and spoken German and English
You have a strong operational and procedural understanding of end-to-end responsibility
You look at issues holistically and from different perspectives and develop creative solutions independently
Your strengths include a high level of interpersonal skills and empathy, as well as a strong sense of responsibility
You have very good communication skills, are a team player and work in a customer-oriented manner
