What awaits you at Mynaric As an intern / working student in the HR Department in Mynaric, you will have an amazing opportunity to be exposed to all HR Disciplines, whilst accelerating your growth in the HR domain! To help you gain exposure and jump-start your HR career, you will:

• Support our HR team in all aspects of HR: Recruiting, Onboarding, Administration, Development, Reward, Engagement
• Support our employees as one of the first-line HR Support - answering various HR-related questions and providing administrative support
• Actively participate in onboarding and offboarding process, as well as in the creation of relevant documents (references, contracts, etc.)
