Job description
- Accountable for all PLM toolset administration & configuration topics
- Central focal point for PLM implementation, upgrade, deployment & monitoring activities in PLM projects for the governance team (module experts, architects, project managers)
- Manage internal IT partners in charge of infrastructure, VMware, certificates, client packaging, SQL server, storage, interfaces etc.
- Manage external partners in charge of implementation, upgrades & administration support, licensing
- Collaborate with team mates in charge of data model, workflow mgt, CAx administration & support
- Third-Level Support for appr. 2500 users - diagnose & drive solutions to mission-critical complex problems
- Identify improvement opportunities and leverage exceptional stakeholder
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in IT, natural sciences, engineering or comparable
- Experience in administration and implementation of PLM solutions incl. installation & monitoring of IT infrastructure and client/server systems
- Technical knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter architecture preferred
- Relevant educations advantageous (e.g. ITIL, BMIDE, etc)
- Analytical skill set and positive, proactive, target-oriented approach and problem solving ability with an customer service approach
- Lateral leadership experience advantageous
- Good communication in english and german
