Full-time / part-time as soon as possible – in Berlin or Rein-Main area and home office
Avextra is a German research-based biopharmaceutical company focused on developing life-changing, regulator approved medicines derived from the cannabis plant. Our product candidates have the potential to improve the quality of life for terminally ill patients and their loved ones.

Tasks
- Mapping of the pharmaceutical investment landscape and cultivation of relationships with current and potential investors and maintenance of an investor relationship database in close collaboration with our executive board.
- Lead the planning/preparation, logistics and execution of key investor events such as conferences, site visits and roadshows including preparation of reference materials for executives.
- Oversight over PR activities targeting the European investor community as well as coordinating social-media activities targeting this community.
- Assist with review of all financial and corporate disclosures to ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency in messaging.
- Market Research and intelligence into the investment landscape and M&A activity in the European biotech space.
Your Profile
- Excellent university degree in Business Administration (BWL/VWL) or Communications with focus on finance
- Solid professional experience in Investor Relations preferably for a company in the healthcare / life sciences industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and good interpersonal skills for working in teams.
- Well-structured and open for new challenges
- Very good English and German language skills (both written and spoken)
- Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
