Are you ready to make a mark on the European stage in the dynamic world of IT? We are on the lookout for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our central, international ACMP team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and drive UI/UX strategies across multiple countries.

Job description
Part of UI/UX design process for projects including research, user profiling, product mapping, storyboarding, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping.
Ensure the Technical team outputs align and are consistent with the required Design Standards.
Contribute to the overall Product Roadmap with suggestions for areas of focus, improvements, and new feature developments that will benefit the Product and our clients.
Collaborate with integration, development, support and project management teams to create high-quality prototypes and wireframes upon multiple iterations.
Lead and facilitate idea generation and evaluation with partners and mentor others in doing the same.
Own and maintain the ALSO Cloud Marketplace design style guide.
Participate and contribute in ALSO Organization UI/UX Community, working with designers from other teams.
You have
Experience with Prototyping and Collaboration Tools.
Great communication skills, both internally and when working with various stakeholders
Experience working for e-commerce platforms, ideally in a B2B environment
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer
Experience in Figma and with Material Design is a plus.
