Business Workstream Lead SCM S4Hana (f/m/x) page is loaded
Your Role
Implementation of S4 HANA on a broad scale requires cross-functional involvement of global departments and clear structured and aligned processes within a standardized E2E setup.
As Workstream lead FIT4 SCM you will be the key person to manage all tasks around reflecting the E2E process for GSCM in global ERP systems and steer the transition into defined target processes within or outside of S4 HANA.
Key contact points will be work package leaders within GSCM, partners in IT, operations, and finance.
Additionally, you will:
Drive key initiatives in Supply Chain, by compiling analyses, developing concepts, preparing strategic decisions and preparing and follow-upfor key project meetings.
Prepare project related slide decks, overviews and decision papers.
Coordinate cross-departmental teams.
Build a strong global network and trustful relationships across the ZEISS Group
Your Profile
A degree preferably in engineering, business, or (business) informatics.
Track record in SCM and/or IT.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Preferable experienced in tool implementations/roll-outs.
Strong moderation, presentation and communication skills (both orally and in written).
Strong analytical competence, strategic and target-oriented mindset.
Well organized and self-motivated working style.
Excellent MS Powerpoint and Excel skills. Experienced in MS Projects.
In-depth SAP-knowledges preferred.
International experience and fluency in English and German
