What you'll do
- Provide disciplinary and operational leadership to the Customer Success team.
- Implement the global Customer Success strategy within the US market.
- Manage sales cycles, pipelines, and forecasts, effectively utilizing CRM and related tools.
- Monitor and track relevant KPIs to ensure performance goals are met.
- Foster long-term and strategic relationships with existing customers.
- Lead initiatives to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, supporting the team through the entire sales process.
- Ensure regular contract renewal processes with all clients.
- Collaborate effectively with management and provide insights to improve volume, market share, and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with global departments such as Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and more.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields or relevant work experience within a customer-facing role, ideally with a technical background.
- Several years of professional experience in technical sales with a focus on Enterprise accounts.
- Experience in leadership with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expertise in pipeline/CRM management.
- Enthusiastic and energetic approach to building and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
