Job description
We are seeking YOU – a TEAMLEAD SOCIAL MEDIA (w/m/d) - who is passionate about shaping the transformation journeys of our clients through business, marketing, technology, processes, and people development.
Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Guiding and motivating team members, facilitating teamwork, and managing team dynamics
- Strategic guidance for the optimal use of social media platforms to reach the audiences in the optimal way
- Overseeing project timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Ensuring clear, effective communication within the team and with other departments
- Conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and supporting professional development
- Addressing challenges and conflicts within the team or in project execution
- Collaborating and coordinating with other departments and external stakeholders
- Allocating and managing resources, including budgeting and personnel
Requirements
What you’ll need :
- At least 3-4 years of agency or marketing experience required
- Proficient in managing multiple social media platforms and understanding their target audiences and content strategies
- Strong leadership skills to manage a diverse creative team, including content creators, videographers, and editors
- Ability to create and curate engaging and brand-appropriate content
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and how they integrate with social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and content creation
- A strong creative vision and the ability to innovate within the brand's guidelines
- Awareness and understanding of global and cultural nuances, especially relevant to an international airline like Lufthansa
