HR Specialist / Administration (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
• All administrative activities in day-to-day business on an international level
• Managing direct insurance with external insurers and service providers
• Support in the implementation of payroll accounting including reporting and certification as well as in data maintenance in stand-alone systems (interim)
• Coordination of on- and off-boarding processes (e.g. exit interview) and concept working on international onboarding processes
• Support in the further development of the strategic HR digitalization concept
• Support in optimizing processes in our ERP and HRIS systems
• Contact person (m/f/d) for colleagues at all international locations in personnel matters
• Support of planned releases and implementations, as well as coordination of test phases
Your profile:
• You have a degree or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a comparable job is an advantage, but we are also happy to give committed career starters (m/f/d) a chance
• You are used to work and communicate in an international environment
• You enjoy organizational and administrative activities
• You have a proactive and team-oriented personality, readiness of mind and act flexibly
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills and ideally French and/or Spanish language skills
• Experience with Workday is a plus
