Job description
WESTPOLE Luxembourg is currently looking for a System Engineer specialized in Microsoft technologies (on-premises and cloud) to join one or our clients. Our client is an international company with a strong growth offering stability and the opportunity to work on many projects to support the development of the group. Job's scope Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade IT infrastructure based on Microsoft technologies such as: Microsoft Windows Servers, Exchange, O365 and Azure; Participate to different IT infrastructure transformation projects, especially related to Microsoft Cloud solutions; Ensure level 3 support; Report to responsible IT Infrastructure manager; Write technical documentation; Build strong relationships with Development and IT Security teams; Technology watch and provide recommendation to improve our client's infrastructure; Ensure related IT infrastructure technical security and procedures are implemented according the to the defined Group IT Securities policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. Profile Bachelor or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related subject; Minimum 5 year's working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft based environments: Windows Server (2012-2022), Windows 10; Experience with Linux (RedHat/CentOS); Strong experience in Virtualization (VMware solutions); Experience with Storage configuration and management (Dell/HP); Strong scripting skills: PowerShell; Solid cloud experience: O365 and Azure; Any knowledge/experience with MECM/Intune or Backup CommVault/Metallic will be appreciated; Real team spirit and continuous improvement mindset; Good knowledge of ITIL processes; French and business English fluent.
