Responsibilities:
- develop and grow the business of customers portfolio in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management
- define and execute an annual customer plan in order to develop the potential of the categories (based on international core range, NPDs, promo initiatives)
- conduct annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions with full responsibility and control of budgets and investments
- forecast sales volumes on monthly basis and develop sales reports
- act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions with complete understanding of customers’ business activity
Qualifications:
- university degree and 3-5 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience
- strong knowledge & understanding of trade channel, customers & competitor
- full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate and good understanding of key financial figures
- analytical, strategic thinking and strong communication & ability to manage change
- good negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolution; ability to work in teams and individually
- fluent in German and English
