Join our cross-divisional development team to provide performance and design information for anchor systems. The role involves being part of a multi-divisional development team and developing design methods, product qualification requirements, technical data, and approvals for innovative anchor systems and applications. You will support the project team during early product development phases by generating test plans for prototypes based on your understanding of the product, customer needs, and international standards. Your assessment of the product performance and design will significantly influence the development process. You will coordinate testing and research efforts internally and at third-party test labs and universities, working closely with independent experts and assessment bodies. You will be involved in meetings and discussions with code and standard development committees, react flexibly to unexpected results, and create innovative solutions while keeping track of project targets.
