Your role

You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, managing your own sales pipeline, prioritizing the right deals, creating urgency, negotiating and closing deals.

Your tasks are:

· Researching and understanding the needs of our prospects and customers and effectively communicating our value proposition

· Prioritize sales opportunities and mobilize the appropriate internal resources to accelerate our sales cycles

· Effectively engage with senior decision makers, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close deals

· Complete sales cycle responsibility, managing your own sales pipeline, prioritising the right deals and creating urgency

· Consistently achieve and exceed against sales revenue targets for new business and other performance targets

· Generate insights from direct customer communications and feedback to all other teams with the goal of becoming a better product/company every day

· Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute the best joint go-to-market strategies

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

· Strong written and verbal communication

· Native speaker/fluent in German and English

· Enjoys connecting with new and known prospects by phone, social media or email

· Experience in enterprise B2B software/SaaS sales is a strong plus

· Experience working with SMBs as customers is a plus

· Ability to engage with customers and prospects at all levels of the organization

· Willingness to take on the sales pipeline of an early stage tech startup
